推进皮瓣在面部皮肤缺损修复中的应用

Advancement flap for facial skin defects reconstruction

目的:探讨推进皮瓣在面部皮肤缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:自2005年10月～2006年12月,采用推进皮瓣修复面部病灶切除后皮肤缺损17例,皮肤缺损面积1.2cm×1.5cm～3.2cm×5.0cm。结果:术后皮瓣全部成活,随访3～12个月,功能和美容效果满意。结论:推进皮瓣是修复面部皮肤缺损的一种安全有效的好方法。

Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the application of local advancement flaps for facial defect reconstruction. Methods From October 2005 to December 2006, the advancement flap was designed to repair facial skin defects in 17 patients, and the size of the defects ranged from 1.2cmx1.5cm-3.2 cmx5.0cm. Results All flaps survived with primary healing postoperatively. The patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months, functionally and cosmetically satisfactory outcomes were achieved. Conclusion The advancement flap provides a safe and competitive repair alternative for the treatment of skin defects in the face.
