摘要
介绍了一种工作在Ku波段的波导同轴检波器的设计方法,包括电性能计算及仿真。介绍了耦合机构的耦合度计算和仿真,以及谐振情况。阐述了检波二极管的选择方法,二极管的温度特性理论分析,以及滤波电路的设计和性能仿真结果。还介绍了模拟大功率的测试方法,给出了检波二极管的温度特性试验数据和结果。
The design method, including electrical performance calculation and simulation, for a waveguide to coaxial radiodetector operated at Ku band is introduced. In the design of coupling configuration, the calculation and simulation of coupling degree, and the analysis of syntony condition are introduced. In the design of detector, the selection method of detection diode, and the theoretical analysis for the temperature characteristics of the detection diode are described. The design and performance simulation results of filtering circuit are also presented. Also the testing method at simulated high-power condition is introduced, and the testing data and results about the temperature characteristics of the detection diode are given.
