柔软型多芯高水密电缆的研制

摘要 深海用多芯水密电缆由于经常遭受反复曲绕等外界因素,使得原本紧密结合的各部件表层产生了相对位移,出现了缝隙。一旦电缆破损,水压强大的海水就会沿缝隙渗入。采用了阻水膏与阻水带相结合的水密方法后,研制的电缆在600 m水下,经受2 000次反复曲绕后仍能保持滴水不漏。 The multi-core watertight cable used in deep sea will often suffer from outside destruction such as repeated circumflexion, etc. So the original watertight structural components of this cable will result in relative displacement and gaps. In this case, the sea water with high press will infiltrate through the watertight cable along the gap. The present developed cable can prevent seawater from infiltrating beneath 600 meter of sea level and after 2 000 times of repeated circumflexion through using waterblocking gel and waterblocking tape.
