摘要
自由空间光通信(FSO)是光通信与无线通信的结合,它以激光为载波、大气为传输介质实现大容量信息的传递,针对自然灾害给人们造成的通信阻碍提出了基于FSO无线光通信系统的解决方案。详细介绍了该系统的构成、网络拓扑结构,着重研究了系统的一些关键技术及其应用。利用FSO技术完成无线通信,体现了无线、大容量的数据传输的要求,降低了光纤网络敷设成本,且灵活高效,增加了系统对抗严重自然灾害的能力,提高了整个通信网络的可靠性。
Free space optical communications (FSO) is the combination of optical communications and wireless communications, it uses laser beam as the carrier, and atmosphere as the transmission medium to realize the transfer of large capacity information. A wireless optical communications system solution based on FSO is proposed against the communications blocking caused by natural disaster. The configuration and topology of the system is described in detail, and some key problems and applications of the system are studied emphatlcally. Using FSO technology to achieve wireless communications reflects the requirements of wireless and large capacity digital transmission, reduces the installation cost of optical fiber network, and has the advantages such as good flexibility and efficiency, high ability against severe natural disaster, so that the reliability of the whole communications network is enhanced.
