摘要
振动是影响水力机组正常运行和危害机组寿命的主要故障。论述了模糊理论在水力机组振动故障诊断中的应用以及振动识别方法和特征信号的提取,并给出了振动频率与故障征兆关系表。在此基础上,建立了水力机组模糊理论振动故障诊断模型。
Vibration is the main fault which affects the regular run and endangers the life-span of hydropower unit. This paper discusses mainly on the application of fuzzy theory in vibration fault diagnosis of hydropower unit. Identification methods of vibration and extraction of feature signal are expounded, and reference table between vibration frequency and fault signal is offered. The diagnostic model of vibration fault with fuzzy theory and neural network are established respectively.
