方钻杆旋塞阀的失效与受力分析

Analysis on Failure and Stress of Kelly Tap Valve

针对现场使用的方钻杆旋塞阀主要存在阀体断裂、高压下阀球转不动和主密封试压无压力等问题,对方钻杆旋塞阀各种失效的原因进行了分析,对其受力情况进行了研究,并提出了结构改进和使用方面的建议,对阀的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Aiming at the causes of kelly tap-valve valve in use, that are crack of valve body, valve ball immovability and inability to stand pressure, the analysis and studies have been done. The improvement of structure and application are proposed in this paper. These are the reference for design.
