摘要
针对抽油机曲柄断裂问题,从曲柄材质、连杆力作用、冲击载荷3个方面进行了分析计算,得出了冲击载荷是导致曲柄断裂的根本原因,并指出采取措施消除冲击现象是解决问题的简单有效的方法。
Based upon the circs of the crank＇s rupture, analysis and calculation from the crank＇s material and quality, the link force and the impact force have got the conclusion that the essential reason is the impact force which led the crank rupture. It should point out that to take measures to avoid the impact by control means is a simple and effective method.
