摘要
在井下油水分离系统中,水力旋流器的多级串联可以提高井下油水混合液的处理精度,达到地面水处理的注水指标要求。在串联结构的设计中,整体空间布置、旋流器部分的上接头和下接头是设计的关键,合理地设计液流流道,可以有效地实现入口液、底流液、溢流液的相互隔离。
In downhole oil-water separation syetem, the multilevel series connection of hydrocyclone can advance the dispose precision of oil-water mixture to attain the water injection index de-mands of water treatment on land. The whole space dispose and the design of up joint and down joint are the key to the whole design, logical design of the liquid flow channel can implement the entrance liquid, underflow liquid and overflow liquid insulate from each other.
