Influence of Ecological Factors in Wards on Health:A Preliminary Discussion

目的探讨医院病房内的生态学因素对医患身心健康的影响。方法从生态学的角度,综合分析病房内所涉及的心理因素、理化因素和生物因素,找出对医患身心健康有重要影响的问题。结果三种因素对医患身心健康均有重要的正面和负面影响,但作用各有不同,以生物因素最为重要和突出。结论医院应积极创造和保持病房内良好的生态环境,促进患者早日康复,有效保护医护人员的身心健康。

Objective To study the influence of ecological factors in wards on the health of patients and medical staffs. Methods The ecological factors influencing the health of patients and medical staffs were identified based on the comprehensive analysis of psychological factors, physicochemical factors and biological factors from the perspective of ecology. Results All the above 3 mentioned factors had important positive and negative influences, but the influences were different. The most prominent one is biological factor. Conclusion Hospitals should create and maintain a favorable ecological environment in the wards to promote the patients＇ recovery and to protect the health of medical staffs.
