A Method for Rapidly Extracting Genomic DNA from Transgenic Sugarcane

摘要 采用改良的SDS法快速微量提取转基因甘蔗幼苗总DNA,电泳条带清晰,质量较好,完全能够满足PCR检测需要。 An improved SDS method was employed to extract genomic DNA from young leaves of transgenic sugarcane. The result showed that the total DNA extracted by this method was suitable to PCR analysis for transgenic sugarcane.
