摘要
近些年来,全球性的外包热潮兴起,然而外包并非解决企业全球战略的万灵丹,对于外包,应该理性地看待。本文试图通过一个简单的数理模型对外包的成本和收益进行分析,以确定外包的最优经济边界。
In recent years, outsourcing has boomed around the world. However, outsourcing should not be thought as the golden key to all the global strategy of an enterprise. Thus, we need to be rational. Using a mathematical model, this article tries to analyze the costs and returns of outsourcing and to determine the most optimal economic dimensions of outsourcing.
