摘要
本文通过对锅炉螺纹烟管的大量试验和长期的应用实践,确定了螺纹烟管合理的轧制圆弧半径R值,分析了螺纹外凹深度e'和内凸高度e之间的关系,并探讨了内凸高度e值的测量方法。
Through the volume test and long-term experience about the boiler spirally ocrrugated tube in this paper, the optimal rolling radius “R”of spirally corrugated tube was defined.The relationship between out-ward concabe depth “e＇” and he inner projecting height “e” of spiral corrugation was discussed.The measure method of “e”was discussion.
