基于RBI的储罐评价技术研究与软件开发

摘要 储罐是油品和各种气体、液体化学品的储存设备,是石化装置和储运系统设施的重要组成部分;一旦储罐发生外泄,不仅会造成环境污染,而且可能酿成重大火灾及爆炸事故,因此对储罐的风险评估尤为重要。通过分析大量的石化系统储罐失效事故案例,确定储罐的损伤机理和失效模式,并对其事故树分析。借鉴API 580和W.kent Muhlbauer的管道风险评价方法,开发出专门针对储罐的RBI定性评价方法,并对RBI方法进行了软件开发。 The storage tank is the storage equipment of oil and kind of gas & liquid chemical,is the important constituent of petrochemical facility and storage & transport dignity facility. Once the storage tank releases, not only can cause the environmental pollution, moreover possibiy cause the significant fire & explosion accident, therefore it is especially important to risk assessment storage tank. This article through analysis massive petro- chemical system storage tanks failure case,definite storage tank damage mechanism and failure pattern,and take fault tree analysis.Profit from API580 and the W.kent Muhlbauer pipeline risk assessment method, develop the storage tank RBI qualitative assessment method, and has carried on the software development to the RBI method.
