With the successful application example of monitoring and measuring technique in tunnel construction of Pu-nan Expressway project, this paper mainly expatiates on organizational management, measuring process, data analysis, and information feedbacking of the monitoring and measuring, evaluating the stability of tunnel surrounding rock, adjusting the structure, parameter, constructing time of support and secondary lining, and guiding the quick and safe construction of tunnel works.
