摘要
襄渝Ⅱ线铁路流水河右线大桥4号主桥墩基础承台为深水高桩大体积混凝土承台,桥址处于汉江火石岩水库内,承台施工采用单壁钢吊箱施工,封底混凝土厚度为2.0 m,总方量为744 m^3。结合工程实际介绍封底混凝土的配合比设计与施工。
Liushu River Right Strung Large Bridge of Xiangyu Ⅱ strung railway has deepwater mass-concrete elevated pile caps as the pile caps of its 4# main pier foundations. The bridge is located in a Hanjiang reservoir. The construction of pile caps adopts the single-wall steel overhead bins, with the bottom sealing concrete as thick as 2.0 m, and a total volume of 744 m^3. In light of the construction practice, this paper introduces the design and construction of bottom-sealing concrete' s mix ratio.
