氟是对人有益的微量元素之一,但氟摄入量过高会引起氟中毒。本文综述了黑茶中氟的来源、氟的浸出率、黑茶降氟技术与低氟黑茶产品研发的最新动态以及发展方向。
Fluorine is one of the beneficial elements to human being. But the excessive intake of it will cause fluorine poisoning. This article summarizes the sources of fluorine in dark tea, the flourine infusion rate, the technology to lower fluorine concentration and the present situation as well the development direction of low fluorine concentration dark tea product R&D.
