摘要
企业共青团组织要把握好加强团的基层组织建设的立足点、切入点和着力点,探索行之有效的团建形式,增强团组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,不断提高共青团组织推动企业科学发展、促进企业稳定和谐的能力。
Enterprise organization of the Communist Youth League （CLY） needs to grasp the foothold, penetration point and the focus at the grass -roots level to reinforce organization construction, explore the effective regiment building ways, strengthen creativeability, cohesiveness and combat effectiveness of the CLY organization, improve unceasingly the Communist Youth League＇s ability driving enterprise to develop scientifically, promoting enterprise stability and harmony.
