The information technology and the information industry are changing the humanity＇s life style, the work way and the commercial way at the astonishing speed. The information revolution has provided hew development opportunity for the traditional industry, but simultaneously also brought the unprecedented impact to the enterprise on the management operation pattern, the idea and so on. From the development actuality of Chinese accounting informatics, the paper discusses and analyses the problems in accounting informatics technology, accounting software, arrangement of acccoutning system, accounting educational system and the rapid development of accounting informafics network, then gives the way to sovle them.
