唐山市某社区服务公司新建一批砖混结构住宅楼,交业主使用后发现各楼墙体、楼板处出现多处裂缝。本文依据裂缝位置、形态对其产生原因进行分析,并提出预防和补救措施。

A certain community service company in the city of Tangshan newly built a group of masonry - concrete structure housing building. After handing over the owners to use, the buildings walls and the floors appeared many cracks. This paper based on the crack place and the shape analyzes the reason, and proposes the prevention and the remedial treatment.
