摘要
心理语言学把对语言理解的处理分为三种主要类型:词汇层面、句子层面和语篇层面。它们都带有一种猜测游戏的成分。在猜测过程中,读者的语言知识、ESL熟练程度、有关背景和修辞结构等方面的知识都会起着重要的作用,从而引导读者提高阅读能力和水平。我国大学英语阅读教学可以利用这种猜测游戏,培养学生的语言理解处理技能,在"真实世界"里进行"真实阅读"。
Psycholinguistics takes the language comprehension into three genres: vocabulary aspect, sentence aspect and text aspect. Among these aspects lie the guessing games. And in the process of the game, all the reader's language knowledge, ESL proficiency, background knowledge, and rhetorical structure will not only act significantly but also promote his understanding markedly. The guessing game can be utilized in College English comprehensive teaching to nurture the students' language management in their "real reading" of "real world".
