摘要 齿槽转矩是永磁电机最重要的参数之一,它的存在会造成电机的转矩波动、振动和噪声。采用一种简单的转矩计算模型,即一个磁极中心经过一个槽口所产生的齿槽拉力波形的移相叠加来近似整个永磁电机的齿槽转矩;利用此模型对永磁电机槽口进行优化设计,使得齿槽转矩通过叠加抵消达到最小化;最后用有限元分析法设计了一台面贴式永磁无刷电动机,对该模型进行了验证。 Cogging torque is one of the most important parameters of PM motors, which causes torque ripple, vibration and acoustic noise. In this paper, a simple model of cogging torque, using torque superposition of waveforms phase-shifted from torque waveform of one poletransition over one slot, is presented. An optimal design for cogging torque reduction based on the superposition model is made. The optimal design method is verified with finite element analysis.
