摘要 永磁同步电动机的极槽配合不同,其对电机振动噪声的影响也各不相同,尤其是分数槽绕组的采用使永磁同步电动机的谐波磁场变得更加复杂。利用Ansoft软件计算电机的主极磁场,再通过谐波分析得出各次谐波的幅值,最后利用分析结果计算电机的电磁噪声。计算结果与实验值吻合较好;并总结出不同极槽配合对电机电磁噪声的影响。 In recent years, the vibro-acoustics research of permanent magnet synchronous motor is more and more important. The slot/pole combination is different, the effect of vibro-acoustics for motor is different, Especially for fractional slot permanent magnet synchronous motor which makes the harmonic wave more complex. Ansoft was used to calculate the magnetic field, then make out the harmonic wave by harmonic analysis, at last calculate the vibro-acoustics by the analysis result, the calculated values agree well with the measured ones. On the basis of the calculations of many permanent magnet synchronous motors, the effect of the different slot/pole combination for permanent magnet synchronous motor was given.
