摘要
目的观察动物胆管植入103Pd放射性支架后胆管腔内照射的放射性损伤。方法实验动物为雄性健康Beagle犬,体重9 ̄11kg。麻醉下经手术植入103Pd放射性金属支架于犬的胆管腔内,支架放射性活度分别为0、3.5、5.5、7.5、10mCi,植入30d后取出金属支架和胆管,胆管经组织切片HE染色,光镜下评价胆管放射性损伤,同时监测肝肾功能、血淀粉酶。结果放射性活度为3.5mCi时光镜下可观察到胆管黏膜损伤;放射性活度为7.5mCi时胆管放射性损伤达肌层;放射性活度为10mCi时未出现胆管穿孔。放射性支架对于周围脏器无损伤,安全性高。结论103Pd放射性支架胆管腔内近距离照射有明显的量效关系,为应用于临床治疗胆管恶性肿瘤提供了实验依据。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of implantation of 103Pd radioactive mental stent in canine bile duct. Methods Beagle dogs with body weight of 9 to 1 lkg were used, the 103Pd stent was implanted into the common bile duct under anesthesia, and the irradiation doses were 0mCi, 3.5mCi, 5.5mCi, 7.5mCi, 10mCi respectively. Results Radiation injury on the mucosa of the bile duct was observed in 3.5mCi group, the injury extended to the muscular layer was observed in 7.5mCi group. There was no perforation observed up to radioactive dose of 10mCi, and there was no radioactive injury observed in the surrounding organs either. Conclusion There is an dose-response relationship for 103Pd radioactive mental stent implanted in canine bile duct.
