山美水库建成的安全监控系统包含大坝安全监测监控系统、溢洪道闸门监控系统、水文自动测报系统、视频图像监视系统、水库安全监控综合应用(软件)系统等多个子系统。本文介绍了水库枢纽安全监控系统建设的硬件结构组成和软件功能。系统的建成及应用,提高了水库枢纽运行管理的可靠性、科学性、安全性和自动化程度。

The structure and functions of the safety monitoring system were introduced in the paper,which includes dam safety monitoring subsystem, spillway gates controlling subsystem, hydrological data acquisition subsystem, video inspection subsystem, integrative professional application software subsystem and so on. The development and application of the safety monitoring system improved the reliability, scientificity, security and automatization of operation and management for Shanmei reservoir.
