Application skills of Microsoft Excel in reservoirs information management

各级水行政主管部门,均有大量的水库基本信息需要管理。同Access、SQL相比,Excel较普及,是常用办公软件之一,如果充分利用Excel的功能,则可以大大提高管理工作效率。本文介绍笔者在水库基本资料管理中使用Excel的几点体会。

For the water administrative departments at different levels, there is large amount of reservoirs information to be managed. Comparing with the database of Microsoft Access and SQL, Microsoft Excel is used much wider and easier. Some functions of Microsoft Excel is useful in basic reservoirs information management. Some application skills were represented in the paper.
