螺纹连接预紧力在机载发射装置中的应用

Application of Preloading of Screw Thread Connection for Aircraft Launcher

螺纹连接在产品中普遍采用,螺纹连接的预紧力对装配产品的性能有较大影响。介绍了预紧的重要性,通过受力分析给出螺纹连接的最大预紧力、最小预紧力和适当预紧力的计算方法。对几种常用控制预紧力的方法进行比较后,结合实际选择了扭矩拧紧法,给出拧紧力矩的计算方式。最后汇总列出几种常用螺钉的适当预紧力和拧紧力矩。

Although screw thread connection is widely used in productions, the preloading is not prescribed clearly. This paper introduces the importance of preloading force, and sets forward a method of calculating the maximum, minimum and property preloading force of screw thread connection. Several common methods of controlling the preloading force are compared, and the method of screwing down by torque is regarded as more suitable method. The paper also introduces the method of calculating the torque of screwing down. At last the paper lists the property preloading force and torque of screwing down of several screws in common use.
