摘要
通过对西蒙得木带菌种子萌芽苗在不同含水率条件下生长反应和凋萎湿度及根系活力测定表明:最适生长的土壤含水率,在沙中为5%~15%,土壤中为5%~12%;植区不同土壤、不同土层含水率,旱季不低于3%,雨季除积水地外不超过8%,都在根系正常生长所需范围内,并未表现出水分含量是导致西蒙得木衰弱枯萎的因素。结合病原生长条件和地上部分感病反应的观察研究,说明水分条件并非是根系死亡的直接原因。
Experiment was carried out to determine the reaction of growth and root vitality of infected seedling in different water conditions. The result showed that it grows well in sand with water content of 5%-15% and in soil (5%- 12%). It's no less than 3% during dry season and no more than 8% during wet season in different soil type and soil horizon. Therefore, water content has no direct effect on the death of root system according to the observation.
