永磁直线同步电机检测系统的研究

Research of Detecting System on PMLSM

永磁直线同步电机广泛应用于高精度以及对人身安全有影响的场合,因此,对其检测系统精度的要求也就越来越高。介绍的是由光栅传感器、LEM电流模块、DS18B20温度传感器结合TMS320F2812控制芯片构成的永磁直线同步电机的检测系统,可提高检测精度,满足了其应用的要求。

Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor（PMLSM） is widely applied in these occasions of high precision and life security, therefore, the precision of detecting system is required higher and higher. The detecting system of PMLSM introduced in this paper is composed of grating sensor, LEM current module,DS18B20 temperature sensor and TMS320F2812 controlling chip. It improved the detecting precision of PMLSM, and met its application requirement.
