Information Technology Is a Double-bladed Sword

随着信息技术的发展和普及,其对人类社会发挥越来越深刻的影响。本文在分析信息技术的体系结构、特点、功能基础上,讨论了信息技术给当今社会带来的巨大影响,这些影响既有正面的,也有负面的,信息技术是一把高悬在人类头顶上的双刃剑。对此,我们唯一的选择是:扬长避短,去芜取精。

As the information technology develops and popularizes, its affection to the development of the human society is getting greater and greater. In this essay, based on the analysis to the system structure, features and functions of the information technology, the author has discussed the great affections it brings to the modern society. Among them, some are positive, and some are negative. The information technology is a double-bladed sword suspending above the heads of the human beings. To them, we have only one choice： making best use of its advantages and bypass the disadvantages; discarding the drosses and select the essentials.
