摘要
脱脂是陶瓷注射成型工艺的制约性步骤。通过热分析的方法研究了PW+EVA+SA的热特性。通过计算的方法和实测的方法得到粘结剂整体的热失重曲线,发现两者较为接近,继而提出了一个定量评价粘结剂脱脂特性的物理参量——脱脂惯量。通过对脱脂惯量的计算发现PW78%+EVA21%+SA1%粘结剂体系具有最好的脱脂特性。
Debinding is the key process for Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM). The thermal characters of the PW + EVA + SA binder systems were studied by the thermal analyzing technology. The thermal weight-loss curves of the binder systems were got using both the calculating method and the testing method, and the two curves were nearly similar to each other, then a parameter which could quantitatively assess the debinding character of the different binder system-debinding inertia was raised. Through the calculation of the debinding inertia, it was found that binder receipt PW78% + EVA21% + SA1% has the best debinding property.
