Ag^+、Cu^(2+)协同掺杂TiO_2抗菌自洁粉体的制备、表征及应用 被引量:9

Preparation and Characterization of Antibacterial and Self-cleaning Powder of Ag^+ and Cu^(2+) Synergized Doped-TiO_2

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2,掺杂Fe3+改善纳米TiO2的光催化活性。以磷酸钙为载体,将物质的量比为1:3的Ag+、Cu2+与掺杂改性后的纳米TiO2按比例组装到载体中,制备出了抗菌自洁粉体。将抗菌自洁粉体按照一定的比例添加到普通建筑涂料中,制备出了抗菌自清洁涂料,用SEM、XRD、EDS、抗菌实验和光降解实验对样品进行测试表征。结果表明:掺杂0.2%的Fe3+能明显的改善纳米TiO2的光催化活性;磷酸钙能很好的负载金属离子和纳米TiO2;抗菌自洁粉体和抗菌自洁涂料的拟菌率分别达99.9%和98.0%,对亚甲基兰的降解率1h内均分别达到98%和90%。 Nano-TiO2 powder was prepared by sol-gel route,Fe^3+ was doped to improve the photodegradation activity of nano-TiO2. Antibacterial and self-cleaning powder was prepared, in which Ag^+,Cu^2+ (molar radio was 1:3) and ion-doped TiO2 were assembled to the Ca3 (PO4)2 carriers. Antibacterial and self- cleaning powder was added to the common architecture dope, and then antibacterial and self-cleaning dope was prepared. All samples were tested by SEM, XRD, EDS, antibacterial and photocatalytic experiment. The result indicates that the photodegradation activity TiO2 photocatalyst doped with 0.2% Fe^3+ were improved obviously. The Ca3 ( PO4 ) 2 carriers could carry metal ions and nano-TiO2 finely. The antibacterial rate of antibacterial and self-cleaning powder and dope could reach 99. 9% and 98% respectively, and the degradation of methylene blue could reach 98% and 90% respectively in one hour.
