The Study on Gelcasting Forming Process of SiC Ceramic Material

摘要 系统研究了碳化硅材料凝胶注模成型过程,研究了固相体积含量、分散剂、有机单体、交联剂和引发剂对碳化硅凝胶注模成型工艺的影响。实验结果表明:固相体积分数为50%,加入0.05%的分散剂,1%有机单体,0.05%交联剂,0.07%引发剂可以得到强度大,显微结构均匀的素坯。 Gelcasting forming technique used to fabricate SiC ceramic was discussed in this paper. The influence factors on polymerization such as solid volume fraction, the content of dispersant, monomer, cross-linker and initiator were studied. The optimal addition content of dispersant, monomer, cross-linker and initiator were 0.05 %, 1%, 0.05 % and 0.07 %, respectively. SiC green body prepared under these exoerimental conditions has homogeneous microstructure and higher strength.
