摘要
野三河大桥主墩底座为高强大体积混凝土结构,为防止出现裂缝,施工中采取了双掺技术优化混凝土配合比、合理设置后浇段以及采用冷却水管内散外蓄和选择有利浇筑时间降低混凝土最高温度等裂缝控制措施,以有效地控制混凝土的最高温度和内表温差.施工后的主墩底座混凝土内实外美,未产生任何裂缝,这表明上述技术对于防裂行之有效.
The main pier of Yesanhe bridge is defined as high strength massive concrete structure. The anticracking techniques are presented in this paper, including the double mixture technique,the post-pouring and cool water pipes set technique and the favorable casting time chosen to control the maximum temperature and the temperature difference between the outside and the inside. The practical results show that the techniques above have good effects on the anti-cracking.
