摘要
VMI与CPFR都是国外在供应链管理方面提出的库存管理模型.对这2种模式的来由、架构实践进行了讨论.在此基础上,对VMI与CPFR的优缺点进行对比研究,并对于在中国采用何种模式进行了利弊分析.尽管CPFR克服了VMI集成性不够等缺点,可以实现供应链各节点企业之间的深层次合作,但因为VMI具有宽容的适用条件、相对低廉的获取和实施成本更加适合中国大多数的企业应用.
The origin and structure of VMI and CPFR are discussed in this article. As a new model for stock managing in supply chain, CPFR can achieve collective management and information sharing with high cost and standard disunion. In contrast, low requirement and low cost make VMI more popular in most Chinese enterprises.
