摘要
利用APDL语言,以甲板吊臂架为研究对象,尝试突破传统的APDL参数化建模方法,介绍结构有限元分析的参数化建模的分解集成法.根据臂架结构特点,将其整体结构分解成若干板块,利用APDL分别对每个板块结构实现参数化建模,然后将所有参数化的各板块结构APDL程序进行集成.实例证明,APDL的分解集成法不但切实可行而且可有效地提高工作效率.
By the aid of the program APDL, in order to break through the traditional method of parametric modeling on APDL, this paper introduces a divide-integration method of parametric modeling in structural finite element analysis for the study of jib structure of deck crane. According to its structural characteristic, the beam structure is divided into several modules and parametric modeling is implemented for each module by APDL, then all program of sub-structure modules is integrated. It is shown that the method is feasible and can greatly improve the efficiency of parametric modeling.
