摘要
文章阐述了偏离份额法的基本原理,并运用偏离份额法及相关指标对黑龙江省所辖14个地市的农业产业结构与竞争力进行分析。对各地区的农业经济增长状况进行评述,揭示了各地农业在产业结构与区位竞争力方面的优势和劣势,结合区域经济发展状况和资源优势提出各地农业发展的重点和结构调整方向。
The basic principles of shift-share analysis was introduced, and the data of fourteen districts of Heilongjiang Province was analyzed via shift-share method and related indicators from the angle of agricultural structure and competition. Based on review of agricultural economic development, the advantages and disadvantages in agricultural industrial structure and competition of different districts were found out. At last, taking regional economic development and agricultural resources into account, the focus of development and reorientation of regional agriculture was raised.
