摘要
学术职业在狭义上特指大学教师这一群体。以知识材料为核心的学术性工作模式、学术自由的理念、职业准入的内部规则、职业声誉的控制和选择构成了学术职业的丰富内涵。基于学术职业的特点,大学教师聘任制呈现出自身的管理特征。在我国大学推行和改革教师聘任制时,我们必须根据学术职业的特点和聘任制的管理特征,慎重思考制度改革的内在欠缺。
Academic profession refers to that of the faculty of universities in its narrow sense. It has the following characteristics: the academic working on the basis of higher knowledge, the academic freedom, the rule of professional admittance, and the regulation of professional reputation. The system of faculty employment-appointment is different from human resource management in other organizations because of the influence of academic profession. In the process of the reform of the system of faculty employment-appointment in China, we should think carefully about the deficiency in the reform according to the characteristics of academic profession.
