83例产后出血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Postpartum Hemorrhage (A Report of 83 Cases)

目的提高对产后出血的认识及处理能力,做好围产保健工作。方法回顾总结我院2006年1月～2007年6月收治的83例产后大出血临床资料。结果孕期保健意识差,多胎次妊娠,接生条件差,妇幼卫生人员接生技能低,专业知识的缺乏是引起产后出血的主要原因。结论做好孕期保健工作,提高妇幼人员的业务技能,提倡住院分娩,可以减少产后出血的发生率。

Objective To improve the knowledge and mangement of postpartum and the health care during pregnancy. Methods The clinical characteristics and outcomes of 83 postpartum patients diagnosed in our hospital from January 2006 to June 2007, were retrospectively reviewed and summarized. Results The lack of health care awareness, multiple pregnancy, poor conditions for midwifery, doctor＇s unqualified management, and the lack of professional knowledge for midwifery were the main causes for postparhlm. Conclusion Improving health care during pregnancy and the doctors＂ and nurses＇ professional skills, and parturition in hospital so as to reduce postpartum rate.
