摘要
目的探讨腹部手术后功能性胃排空障碍的病因、发病特点及治疗方法。方法对近5年收治的12例施行腹部手术后发生胃排空障碍的病人进行回顾性分析。结果12例均采取保守治疗,11例经非手术治疗后3～6周恢复胃动力治愈,1例死于肺感染和多器官功能衰竭。结论采用非手术治疗一般均可治愈,治疗和预防应并重。
Objective To explore the etiology, mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of functional deleyed gastric emptying after abdominal operations. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the data of 12 FDGE after abdominal operations. Results The gastric function of 12 patients who received non-operative therapy recovered during 3 -6 weeks postoperatively. One patient died of pulmonary infection and multiple organ failure. Conclusion FDGE usually can be cured by nonsurgieal method. The treatment and prevention are the same important.
