瘦素与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 瘦素是脂肪组织表达的一种调节能量的激素。随着对瘦素的进一步研究,人们对其作用已不再限于肥胖和消瘦的范畴。瘦素与肿瘤血管的生成和肿瘤生长、转移密切相关;瘦素参与了肿瘤的病理生理过程。
