土地承包经营权作为一项用益物权,在我国土地承包制度改革向纵深发展的今天,其重要性愈发凸显。文章以我国农村土地使用状况调查为基础,在总结相关土地政策和法律的前提下,从法律的视角对我国农村土地承包经营过程中存在的若干问题进行了分析和反思。

The fight of contractual management of land is one of the utilizing and benefiting property rights, whose significance is more obvious and protruding, as the reformation of land contractual management system is developing in depth in China. Based on the investigation of the status of rural land utilization, this article summarizes the related policies and laws at first, then analyzes and reflects on some issues in the process of contractual management of rural land.
