摘要
以西安、杨凌非上市农业高新技术企业知识员工为实证研究对象,通过网络调查与问卷调查相比较、相印证的方法,归纳总结出知识员工关心的激励因素,论证了知识员工由于个体背景的不同而对待激励因素的差异。在与有代表性的中外知识员工激励因素研究比较的基础上,有针对性地提出了激励农业高新技术企业知识员工的策略和方法。
The study takes the agricultural high-tech enterprises in Xi'an and Yang Ling as objects, and puts forward the motivation factors that the knowledge workers care about through internet inquiries, questionnaires and comparative method. And the thesis analyzes differences produced by the motivation factors because of differences in individual knowledge backgrounds of workers. Based on the study of the motivation factors of Chinese and foreign knowledge workers, this paper points out the tactics and methods which can be used to encourage the knowledge workers of agricultural high-tech enterprise.
