当代大学生的就业问题与对策思考

The problem of the Employment of the Contemporary College Students and Its Countermeasure

目前大学生就业难问题日益成为社会关注的焦点,为了探究出现这种现象的原因,北京理工大学于2007年暑假发起了一次社会调查,从大学生就业准备情况和用人单位人才需求两个角度,通过翔实的调查数据,分析了大学生的就业准备现状及用人单位的人才需求情况,通过两者之间的比较,剖析了影响大学生就业难的主要因素,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策与建议,以期帮助大学生更真实地了解自己,更明确就业时需要努力的方向,促进大学生就业。

Currently, the problem that it is difficult for the college students to get a job is increasingly becoming a social focus. To find out the reason for this phenomenon, Beijing Institute of Technology initiated a social survey in the summer holiday of 2007. From the two aspects of the preparation of college students to look for a job and the requirement of enterprise for qualified people, they analyzed the current situation of college students to prepare for a job and the need of enterprise based on full and accurate cruising data. And by the comparison of both of them, they analyzed the principal factor which affects the employment of the college students as well. In order to promote the employment of the college students, they put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions to help the college students to understand themselves more truly and see the direction to make efforts more clearly.
