摘要
法律硕士(JM)培养目标是培养高层次、复合型、应用型法律专门人才。高层次是研究生的规格与标准不能降低;复合型是多种知识、素养与能力的交叉、融合,是法律职业的特定要求;应用型是应用法律专业知识分析、解决法律实务问题的能力,是专业学位的基本要求;三者同等重要、同时作用、相互支撑。
The JM＇s educational objective is to cultivate legal professionals of high-level, compound, and practical knowledge. High level means that the specification and the standard required by post-graduate education cannot be lowered. Compound knowledge means that the mixture of various knowledge, quality and ability, which is the special requirement of legal profession. Practical knowledge is the ability to analyze and solve law issues using the professional legal knowledge in real life, and a basic requirement of a specialty degree. The three are of equal importance, of effect simultaneously, and they support each other.
