摘要
本文在分析图书馆采访工作陷入困境原因的基础上，通过对500种外文期刊国际、国内价格的调查和比较，探讨了在订购经费紧缺的情况下，缓解采访供求矛盾，使图书馆藏书建设健康发展的途径和措施。
In order to make the collection development of library toward its sound progress, this paper discussed the ways and measures of how to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand under the condition of being short of acquisition funds on the basis of an analysis of the causes of predicament in library acquisition and an investigation and comparison of the oversea and domestic prices of 500 kinds of foreign language journals.
