摘要
本文针对人才培养，探讨了素质与素质教育，信息能力的内涵，信息能力培养的重要性和必要性，信息能力与综合素质间的关系。并就信息能力的培养与思想素质、文化素质、身体素质培养等相配合，造就适应信息社会高素质人才的问题进行了讨论。
In view of training of qualified personnel, discussed in this paper are quality and its training, definition of information ability, necessity and importance of developing information ability, and relationship between information ability and allover quality. In order to adapt ourselves to information society, training of information ability must be combined with improving the quality of ideology, culture and physique.
