摘要
笔者应用有限元软件对卷取机卷筒进行静态应力和变形分析,以及卷重与卷筒应力变形的关系,研究影响卷筒使用寿命的主要因素,并对卷筒结构进行了改进。
In the article, static stress and distortion of coiler mandrel are analyzed, relationship between coil weight and stress distortion of coiler mandrel is studied, and main reasons which effected mandrel life are also studied by using finite element analysis method. In the analysis foundation, a method of improving the mandrel structure is thus put forward.
