摘要 针对橡胶的大变形及接近不可压缩的特点,笔者对工程中常用的橡胶-刚球支座进行非线性有限元分析,得出支座受轴向拉伸时的刚度与轴向变形关系。此外,分析了泊松比对支座刚度和橡胶层中应力的影响,同时得出支座受轴向拉伸时最易失效的位置。 Nonlinear finite element analysis of rubber - rigid spheres bearing has been performed aiming at rubber's characteristics of large deflection and nearly incompressibility. The relationships between stiffness and deformation have been gained when large tensile deformations are imposed. And different stiffnesses of the bearing as well as the stresses of rubber layer with different Poisson ratios of rubber materials have been analyzed. At last, the positions where failure is most likely to take place have been given.
