摘要
笔者通过对铝箔复合机同步带失效分析研究,构建了同步带传动剪切失效的运动方程,得出同步带剪切失效的主要因素。在理论研究的基础上,提出高速交变应力作用下同步带失效的对策方法。
By analysing the failure of synchronous belt of aluminum foil compound device, the author establishes motion equation for sheared failure of synchronous - belt transmission, and gets the main factors of failurel Finally the author brings forward a few of such failure under high speed alternating stress on the basis of theoretical research.
