摘要
介绍UMAC在全自动打胶机中的应用,根据打胶机控制轴数多(共12轴)、联动轴数少的特点来组成基于UMAC运动控制器的全自动控制系统。UMAC的使用很好地解决了之前采用PMAC控制卡时对超过8轴后控制系统硬件配置上的一些不足,不但使硬件结构得到简化,而且提高了系统的稳定性、可靠性和扩展性。
The application of UMAC in robotsealing is introduced in the paper. The automatic control system is constructed based on its characteristics, that is, the robotsealing has more control axes and less linkage axes. Control system with PMAC has some disadvantages on hardware configuration when the number of controllable axes exceeds eight. Such problem can be solved by the application of UMAC system. It can not only simplify the hardware structure, but also improve the stability, tellability and expansibility of the system.
